1 kg of chicken thighs cut into cubes
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Squeeze of lemon juice
