• 1 kg sausage mince
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 carrot grated
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• 6 sheets puff pastry
• Milk for edges and glazing
