Garden Club

Our first meeting took place on Monday. We assessed the gardens current state after the holidays and found that the weeds have taken over! We got to work and weeded every garden bed ready for soil preparations to take place. Whilst weeding we noticed the bees were quite happy filling their pollen baskets on the older herbs that had gone to flower. Mr Skinner also came across some interesting caterpillars, we’re going to research their species and see how we can prevent them from doing further damage to our citrus trees. A busy lunch time in the garden today!
